HICO Group Again Achieves Outstanding Results in the BARC Data & Analytics Service Provider Survey 2026
For the second consecutive year, HICO Group has achieved outstanding results in the BARC Data & Analytics Service Provider Survey 2026, once again confirming its position as a trusted partner for successful data & analytics projects. The results underline what matters most to us: delivering measurable business value, building long-term customer relationships and consistently providing high-quality services.
HICO Group competed in 4 peer groups of leading data & analytics providers and achieved the extraordinary result of 11 top ranks and 17 leading positions!

Most importantly, these rankings are not determined by a jury or external analysts, but by the people who matter most to us: our customers. The results and feedback collected in this year’s survey are therefore especially meaningful for our entire team. They confirm that our work creates real value, that our collaboration is trusted, and that our commitment to customer success is recognized in practice. Among this year’s results, two achievements stand out in particular because they reflect core elements of how we work with our customers every day. HICO Group achieved the top position in Account Management within the peer group of Service Providers with CPM Focus. While account management may sound like a standard discipline at first glance, it is often one of the key factors that determines the long-term success of projects and partnerships. Close collaboration, transparent communication and a genuine understanding of customer needs are essential for building trust and delivering sustainable results. Seeing this recognized directly by our customers is therefore especially meaningful to us.

At the same time, HICO Group also achieved a top-ranked position in Systems & Technology Integration within the highly competitive peer group of Data & Analytics Service Providers. This result highlights our ability to successfully connect technologies, processes and business requirements into scalable and future-ready solutions. About the BARC Data & Analytics Service Provider Survey 2026
The BARC Data & Analytics Service Provider Survey 2026 is based on one of the world’s largest independent surveys among customers of Data & Analytics service providers. Conducted between August and October 2025, the survey gathered feedback from 972 respondents and evaluated 21 service providers across 22 key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer satisfaction, recommendation, project value and customer experience.
To ensure fair and meaningful comparisons, BARC evaluates providers within dedicated peer groups based on their market focus and technology expertise. These groups include areas such as Qlik, Microsoft, AI, CPM and broader Data & Analytics consulting services.
HICO Group was evaluated in the peer groups: Qlik Partner, Microsoft Partner, Service Providers with CPM Focus, and Data & Analytics Service Provider.
Within the survey, the designation “Top-ranked” represents the highest position achieved in a category, while “Leader” identifies providers among the top-performing vendors within their peer group.
