What do you bring to the table?

Whether you have completed a vocational training program, a related degree, or simply have relevant experience — we’re open, but it matters! Tell us where your ability to energize a small marketing team comes from.
- Are you confident using common project management tools and communicating with stakeholders?
- Marketing and sales aren’t foreign concepts to you? You also bring experience in one of these areas, ideally with a B2B background — industry, consulting, agencies, you name it?
- You generally understand how CRM tools and software solutions in marketing and sales work? Collaborative tools ring a bell, and you can navigate Office, G Suite, etc.? Confident with Office, ERP, and CRM applications (we use MS Office and Odoo)?

- You know how to juggle multiple projects and timelines — and still have a spare thread to tie up a bag of fleas?

What you'll be doing
- You’ll support us in project and event management, coordinating projects and handling communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- You’ll keep things on track during the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Presentations, reports, and marketing materials — you’re ready to jump in hands-on.
- You’ll maintain marketing documentation and assist with technical migration projects.
