What do you bring to the table?
- 4+ years of proven experience managing interdisciplinary projects
- Experience in team building and leadership, including collaboration with C-level stakeholders (internal and external)
- Strong background in process analysis and client requirements management
- Certification in a project management methodology (IPMA, SAFe, SCRUM, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Preferred: experience with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics), workflow and automation tools, reporting systems, or EPM/CPM solutions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in both German and English

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
