For our subsidiary TRUECHART PTE LTD in Singapore, we are looking for a “Hub Manager” as “employee No 1” – you will be the first employee for this local subsidiary, but remotely part of our international team (Germany, Switzerland, South Africa).  

You will be responsible for all local administrative tasks of our entity in Singapore, from the day-to-day company admin, to support of our external accountants, as well as remotely supporting our Sales admin and finance colleagues of our back-office in Switzerland & Germany.

What do you bring to the table?
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar educational background in a commercial field, e.g. finance, admin, HR  
  • Working experience in a similar administrative role  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with using ERP systems. We work with the ERP system “Odoo”
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail  
  • Ability to work independently in a multinational, remote team  
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin language skills are a plus
  • residence in Singapore 
What can you expect from us?

Company Administration  

  • Manage day-to-day admin of our Singapore entity  
  • Research and advice on local Singapore regulations   

Finance Administration Support  

  • Communicate with Singapore banks, institutions and our local external accountants  
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including invoice processing and documentation  
  • Support budget tracking and basic financial reporting as required  

Sales Administration Support  

  • Support the sales admin team with order processing, contracts, and customer documentation  
  • Assist in maintaining CRM records, sales reports, and databases
