What do you bring to the table?
  • Completed commercial training or a degree with an HR focus, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven success in end-to-end recruiting, including conducting interviews, building talent pipelines, active sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR-related topics such as personnel administration, payroll, labor law, and social security, for both Germany and Switzerland, is an advantage.
  • Experience with common HR and ERP systems; knowledge of Odoo is a plus.
  • Independent and structured way of working in a fast-evolving, agile IT company.
  • Confident use of all standard Office applications and a strong affinity for technology.
  • Business-fluent German skills (at least C1) and very good English skills.


What tasks can you expect in this position? ​

  • You share responsibility for the entire recruiting cycle, including active sourcing, conducting interviews, supporting onboarding, HR events, and employer branding activities
  • Managing participation in HR fairs and events
  • HR project management
  • A hands-on mindset with administrative support across all HR tasks (including payroll, labor law, etc.) for both Germany and Switzerland
