localsearch already used various BI solutions to gain insights into the performance of its platforms and services. However, the multitude of different systems led to a fragmented data landscape, affecting efficiency and transparency. There was a need to implement a central and unified BI solution that consolidates data sources, makes processes more transparent, and enables informed decisions on a consistent basis.

The solution
The HICO-Group implemented a central BI solution based on Qlik Sense®, complemented by the add-ons TRUECHART and STRUCTUREBUILDER4Sense, to meet localsearch's requirements. Qlik Sense® integrated data from various systems such as SAP and MongoDB and visualized it in interactive
dashboards that clearly display key metrics. TRUECHART enhanced these dashboards with commenting and annotation functions, while STRUCTUREBUILDER4Sense was used to give reports and account representations a logical
structure. Thanks to the intuitive operation and step-by-step implementation, users were able to quickly integrate the solution into their daily work and make data-based decisions more efficiently.
