Which requirements should you meet?
• 2-3 semesters of an IT-oriented or economics with focus on IT
• Great interest in IT hardware and software, as well as general IT topics and administration
• Ideally first experience in everyday working life (office, IT department, IT support)
• Motivation, willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
• Very good IT skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Driving license class B

What can you expect?
• Active participation and comprehensive insight into day-to-day IT management
• Shipping, delivery and collection of hardware at the data center
• Commissioning and setup of notebooks and smartphones
• Create user and email accounts
• Assign and manage licenses
• Set up, update and maintain virtual machines
• Generate and manage licenses for our trueChart products
