Which requirements should you meet?
• Several years of experience in the recruitment and development of consulting teams
• Outstanding strengths in inspiring, leading and developing young to experienced, smart talent and personalities
• Leadership experience over several levels – ‘Leading other Leaders‘
• Many years of experience with BI, DWH or planning tools such as Qlik, Power BI or Jedox
• Team spirit, can-do attitude and a passion for successful consulting systems
• Excellent communication, structuring and presentation skills
• A relevant network on the common business platforms (LinkedIn, Xing) emphasizes your seniority
• Very good German and good English skills

• Leading and developing currently three consulting areas/teams: Data Estate, Planning and Analytics
• High scope for design/decision-making with demanding goals
• Representation of the German consulting teams in the extended management team
