Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) – Singen/Home office

Workload: Full- or part-time (80 - 100 %)
Location: Singen (Hohentwiel) or home office

What can you expect?
• You are responsible for our customer satisfaction process
• You provide first level support for our customers
• You are the interface between our customers, our consulting team and the software manufacturers
• You support our consulting teams in general administrative tasks

Which requirements should you meet?
• Completed commercial apprenticeship, studies in business or IT or comparable
• (Initial) experience in a similar position
• Strong customer and solution orientation as well as communication skills
• High IT affinity; experience with ticket systems, BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, …) or other complex IT solutions are an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Good organisational and entrepreneurial skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English
