KPI-CULTURE USING THE ROKS®-METHOD

Structured Approach to Enterprise KPIs

At HICO-Group we implement industry-leading best practices to help you discover where your business can be improved, and how to determine your Key Performance Indicators, so that you can make better business decisions. By utilizing ROKS® we help you drive measurable performance improvements for your business, and here’s how.

The ROKS® Approach explained easily.

Imagine, you are the captain of a big cruise ship, you are heading for New York and you want to travel safely and comfortably.

ROKS® structures KPIs

With the ROKS® approach, it is possible to identify only the relevant KPIs that are directly related to the strategy and derive measurement criteria that ensure the success of the company. So it’s a top-bottom approach (management to employees).

Many KPIs - One Goal

In the crew meeting, you get tons of data presented by your department heads. For example: Available towels, winner of the Bingo and weather forecast.

Just relevant information

For you, information such as weather conditions, course, fuel quantity, speed, machine condition are important for achieving the goals. The others not.

ROKS® is a seven-step method for developing KPIs.

Why use a structured approach?

There are a number of pitfalls and hazards in KPI development which can lead to wasted time, effort or poor outcomes. The Results-Orientated KPI System (ROKS®) has been developed to provide the most efficient way to develop and implement effective KPIs as quickly and reliably as possible.

Who is the ROKS Enterprise® approach designed for?

Medium to large enterprises that want to use their strategic objectives to develop focused, effective set of performance indicators. It can also be useful for smaller organisations with complex or unusual needs.
